Capital Mall Security Department manages the lost and found property for the center. If you lost or misplaced an item at Capital Mall, please call 360.754.7040, Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. We will make every effort to locate the legal owner of any property we have turned in to us.
Wheelchairs are available free of charge during mall hours at Security desk. A driver’s license is needed to check out a wheelchair.
Capital Mall is dog-friendly year-round and welcomes all well-behaved dogs, regardless of breed, into the Center. Please review our Dog Policy here.
Capital Mall opens the doors for Registered Mall Walkers 2 hours before the mall opens each day. Stop by the Mall Office to register.

Need to relax, recharge, or just catch your breath? The Family Lounge is a comfortable area where you and your children can take a break from shopping. This special spot for families features private nursing areas, baby changing-stations and a large family restroom. The Family Lounge is located in the Food Court between Subway and Panda Express.
Visiting us with kids in tow? Try a SmartCarte stroller. You’ll find a self-service Smarte Carte dispenser located next to the Food Court entrance. Credit cards and cash are both accepted, and upon returning the stroller $1.00 will be refunded.
